Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The soul portrait from yesterday (soul 1,348) showed me something with his hand that I liked. Today all five paintings are holding their hands together in a powerful prayer, healing movement and action.
Esther has surprised me and told me that when she danced in prayer today she ended up with the same movement by chance, and how balancing it feels to center the hand on the chest and feel one’s inner and outer strength and divine connection.
When I say the shema prayer while wearing the Tefillin I have tried this and it works for me. If things are incredibly off-kilter the prayer and the hand on the chest work wonders.
