Modern Artists, Brothers and Sisters,

I recently posted a video of the music group, A-WA (pronounced ay-wa, “Yes” in Arabic). Three Israeli sisters.

A surprising woman came to my mind when I did this, suddenly: Yoko Ono.

I remember reading that she once had an art exhibit with a floor to ceiling construction ladder. Visitors would climb the ladder and peer into a small spyglass to see what was there. They would see one word pencil written on the ceiling,  the word was: “YES”.

Yoko Ono was introduced to her musician husband when he wandered into the exhibit, climbed the ladder, peered into the lens and was relived not to see the word No.

I like that of all the things written about Yoko Ono I remember this. She is very positive. So Yes, yes, YeS, Ken, and A-WA.

I think Jews and Arabs should meditate on this one word and find their way to another word, and then to a sentence, and then to two sentences – to find JOY.

Positive Dan
