Dear Brothers and Sisters,

How do you make a prayer without a sound, thought or word?

You paint.

Indeed, the paintings are visual prayers. I pray when I paint. To be totally accurate the paintings themselves are my prayer. Each brushstroke is love, a prayer is born, and allows the soul portrait to come home. I am changed, marginally, incrementally and sometimes in big leaps with each painting. At the same time the prayers are out there – in electronic bits of light and entering people’s consciousness. I will learn from every heart and soul who sees them as well.
