Nine paintings today. Abstract, mostly abstract. Something new.
The door was opened by a portrait painted yesterday. It was a good invitation. They too are soul-portraits with their own life, vitality.
I shared the portraits with some at-home family today, my beloved painters on their own. Everyone had different thoughts. Soul Portrait 1,848 is the most abstract.
Interesting. When abstract, infinite worlds open up. We see different things, personalities in their “faces”.
When I first looked at Soul Portrait 1,848 it looked like a scarecrow. Then someone else saw a wolf, like a wolf-man, and now I see both. I enjoy seeing both.
