Brother and Sister,

Yesterday I said: “…very excited” and I explained that I am closer to the Ten Thousand and that the paintings are my prayers.  There is another reason.

I would call it prayer-art.  One borrows my hand and literally moves things around, often gently, adding color, where to use the paint and how to do things. And then it is done, painted with the unseen someone.

A spirit, soul or angel, certainly. The daily miracles that we ignore, or close our eyes to…well, say Hello. It isn’t a beauty thing. That is not the idea. Beauty or composition are good to behold and can be steps on the ladder but other times they are not art.

I painted 1,869 soul-portraits. I am open. The souls paint more when I don’t and I paint more when the souls don’t (a different sensation for sure).
