My Sister and Brother,

Each painting can also be the prayer of someone else. The someone might not know they are praying TODAY, praying for joy, praying for forgiveness, praying for healing. A person, animal, vegetable or mineral is releasing a prayer for themselves and for all of creation.

In other words, people are praying without knowing it.

Maybe the pray-er (the man praying) today is awake in a tent in Afghanistan, reaching for a cigarette, or a man sitting on his porch drinking gin-lemonade in Georgia, a woman (the woman praying) nursing a young child in Algeria, or an abused wife, singing on tour through the Levant. They are all praying.

I’m very happy.  Five paintings today.
